Setting: Nursing Home, long-term care, memory care, outpatient therapy, short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing

Location: Brickyard Care Center - Elkhart, IN

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate from Speech-Language Pathology program

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of practice
