GENERAL PURPOSE
The Human Resources Business Partner provides counsel and advice to leaders and staff relative to human resources policies, initiatives, and programs, while supporting an employee relations work environment that maximizes the performance of a fully engaged workforce.
Position: HR Manager & Business Partner
Setting: National Post Acute Healthcare
Must be able to support West Coast and Hawaii business hours
Location: Remote to cover West Coast and Hawaii hours - some travel

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field preferred
Minimum of 2-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preference for prior employee relations work experience.
Understanding of recruitment/employment, compensation, benefits, wage and hour regulations and practices required.
Ability to travel as required.
COMPENSATION
- National Pay Range: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00
