Location: Riverview Health & Rehabilitation Center - Savannah, GA
Skilled Nursing Facility Located near the Beautiful Isle of Hope looking for a full time Physical Therapist to join our team.
Skilled nursing facility with an active long-term care community
Amazing activities department that fosters collaboration with therapy and patient engagement outside of their rooms
Boasting a rehab wing with 40 short-term beds
Large rehab gym including large scale gym equipment and ACP devices (including Omni VR system, electrical stimulartion, diathermy and Omnicycle)
Opportunity to perform Home Health in the community
Resident focused treatment across whole continuum of care
Offering flexibility in scheduling if needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate from Physical Therapy program
Current license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice
